Xavier Scott, Regional Supervisor and Mentor

Xavier began working with the Cover 3 Foundation during its inception as Cover 3 Football. He was the first staff member to be hired and work any of the camps and clinics. Xavier's football background began in Franklin VA and then founded him at Hampton University where he and Greg Scott played side-by-side. After college, Xavier started what is now a very successful business called Mannup Enterprises. Working with Cover 3 Football affords Xavier the opportunity to mentor and coach young men and women. He is our lead skill development coach and mentor and writes content for our football curriculum and skill training workouts.

As a Regional Supervisor, Xavier is responsible for monitoring and reviewing all of our C3's Kid's Meals Program Sites. This process is essential to making sure the needs of the children we serve are being met and that our sites and centers are in compliance.

Additionally, Xavier brings a wealth of business and management knowledge to the foundation. As a successful entrepreneur, X bring years of experience in starting and managing programs. Xavier works closely with CEO and Business Manager in developing new divisions and programs within the Cover 3 Foundation. Xavier is also on the Board of Directors.
