AYF Forms must also be filled out and are located for download in the righ menu bar. Please print these forms and the Cover 3 Tide Registration form fill them out and present them to your coach at any of the practices, meetings, and/or registration dates.

NEW PLAYERS - $225
RETURNING PLAYERS (WHO TURN IN THEIR EQUIPMENT AT THE END OF THE SEASON) - $139
RETURNING PLAYERS (WHO KEEP THEIR EQUIPMENT AT THE END OF THE SEASON) - $175
LATE REGISTRATION AFTER JUNE 30 - $225

PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE WITH DOWN PAYMENT OF $50 IN PERSON REGISTRATION. PAYMENT PLANS NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE.
Registration online with a credit card requires a processing fee which is included in the costs of the registration.
